Items that are custom-made or made-to-order will take 7 to 10 business days to process and will also be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ineligable Items: Custom-made items, personalized items, items purchased on clearance, items purchased during special promotions, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a 180-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Examples of covered defects include loose stones, improper clasps, metal flaws, misaligned prongs, and soldering issues.
Normal wear and tear, physical damage, theft, loss of stones due to trauma, improper care, and unauthorized alterations.
Please contact info@nicotalya.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost (or provide store credit if the item is unavailable). Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
