Frequently Asked

Before we meet.

How long is an appointment?

Appointment length is confirmed when you book so the House can reserve appropriate time for your visit.

What should I bring?

Bring any inspiration, questions, preferred timing, and an existing ring if wedding-band pairing or sizing is relevant.

May my partner or family join?

Yes. Mention who will join when requesting the appointment so the visit can be prepared thoughtfully.

Can you help with a surprise proposal?

Yes. A specialist can discuss discreet ways to approach design, diamond choice, and sizing without overpromising an exact fit.

Are virtual appointments available?

Yes. Request a virtual consultation by phone, text, or email.

Can I visit the same day?

The showroom is appointment-only. Contact the House to ask about current availability; same-day access is not guaranteed.
