RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for undamaged and unworn items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, custom orders, eternity bands, and items with extensions are non-refundable as they are made-to-order. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the items within 14 days from the delivery date. We do not cover wear and tear. While our Eternal Brilliant pieces are mostly of the highest quality solid gold, they are not indestructible and require careful handling. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and tracking their return shipments to us to avoid loss or damage.

Made-to-Order & Custom-Made Items
Items that are custom-made or made-to-order will take 7 to 10 business days to process and will also be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Ineligable Items: Custom-made items, personalized items, items purchased on clearance, items purchased during special promotions, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a 180-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Examples of covered defects include loose stones, improper clasps, metal flaws, misaligned prongs, and soldering issues.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, physical damage, theft, loss of stones due to trauma, improper care, and unauthorized alterations.
How To Claim
Please contact info@nicotalya.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost (or provide store credit if the item is unavailable). Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may vary by state. A valid proof of purchase is required.
