Warranty
At Nicotalya, we have made it our commitment to sell high-quality jewelry and lab-grown diamonds to our customers. We warrant that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and that the optical properties of the lab grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time. Our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards and use the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and our distribution facility prior to shipment.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a 180 days limited warranty on all our jewelry items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
What is Covered:
Manufacturing Defects
Our jewelry is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and each piece is subjected to thorough inspection processes. However, on rare occasions, a piece may exhibit a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects refer to issues or flaws that arise from the production process, which may affect the functionality, durability, or appearance of the jewelry. These defects are not caused by the consumer's actions or normal wear and tear.
Examples of Manufacturing Defects Include:
• Loose Stones: Stones that are not securely set and may fall out due to improper setting during the manufacturing process.
• Improper Clasp Function: Clasps that do not close or open properly, affecting the wearability of the jewelry.
• Metal Issues: Bubbles, pits, or cracks in the metal, including inconsistencies in finish or polish.
• Misaligned Prongs: Prongs that are uneven, poorly shaped, or inadequately positioned, which may compromise the stone's security.
• Soldering Flaws: Visible seams or weak points at soldered joints that may cause parts of the jewelry to detach.
Please note that our warranty covers only genuine manufacturing defects. It does not extend to issues caused by wear and tear, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized alterations and repairs.

What is Not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, physical damage, loss of central stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
• Metals may fade or become discolored over time due to improper care, such as wearing jewelry in hot tubs or swimming pools, or exposing it to perfume or other chemicals.
• Precious metals, particularly prongs, naturally wear down over time with regular use. As prongs thin, they may loosen, increasing the risk of the stone falling out. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect.
• The loss of a stone due to trauma or damage is not covered.
How to Claim: To claim your warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@nicotalya.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We may request photos of the item to assess the defect.
Process: Once your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your jewelry item at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways when claiming their warranty. This includes shipping the item back to Nicotalya and the return shipment of the repaired or replaced item to the customer.
Exceptions: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
