Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

At Nicotalya, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions
  • Gift cards

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at https://nicotalya.com/pages/returns to initiate a return. Please provide your Name, email and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any certificates or documentation.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package using a trackable shipping service. Nicotalya is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. (We do not cover the cost of return shipping.)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at https://nicotalya.com/pages/returns
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email address] or [phone number]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
