Warranty Coverage

What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, physical damage, theft, loss of stones due to trauma, improper care, and unauthorized alterations.
How To Claim
Please contact info@nicotalya.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Once approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost (or provide store credit if the item is unavailable). Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may vary by state. A valid proof of purchase is required.
